When Tommy is discovered doodling on the walls of the Pickles' home, Stu and Didi decide to take him to see a psychiatrist named Dr. Lepetomaine. However, Tommy escapes and embarks on a little escapade throughout the medical office building. In a twist of fate, it’s actually Stu who ends up undergoing psychoanalysis instead.
