Episode Overview

Stu accidentally plunges the entire town into darkness when he causes a blackout. Chuckie frets that all the frightening monsters will emerge now that it's so dark, but Tommy reassures him that there’s a source of light they can use: the refrigerator. The Rugrats embark on a little adventure, and just as they reach the fridge, the power is restored, bringing light back to their world.
