Grandpa is set on defeating Billy "Strike" Maxwell, his longtime rival who always seems to win by cheating. Meanwhile, the Rugrats are on a mission to find the coveted "chocolate chip" (the championship) and the "big candy dish" (the bowling trophies). In their quest, they accidentally uncover the cheating scheme, putting Grandpa's chance for victory at risk.
