Angelica inquires, "Where do babies come from?" Her parents meant to provide a thoughtful explanation but ultimately settled on the quick answer of "the stork." After sharing this with the Rugrats, Tommy discovers a new "brother" named "Milton," who is actually an unhatched egg in a nest. However, Angelica is determined to keep it for herself, claiming it as her new "sister," "Miltonia."
