While browsing through their parents' high school yearbooks and seeing old prom photos, the Rugrats are inspired to throw their own prom since Alisa is preparing for hers. They arrange a special event with a limo, driven by none other than Dil in the Reptar Wagon. The main event? A fun competition to determine who will be crowned prom queen—Angelica or Susie.
