In this religious-themed episode, Boris shares the tale of Noah's Ark with the Rugrats. After hearing the story, Angelica catches a weather forecast predicting rain, which gives her the idea to deceive the Rugrats into thinking a global flood is imminent. She declares herself the supreme leader, ordering the others to construct an ark and gather two of every animal. However, her desire to be the sole boss quickly leads to chaos, as her authoritative approach proves to be more trouble than expected.
