Angelica comes up with a game called "business luncheon," and the Rugrats are eager to join in. However, she insists that they can only participate if they dress in adult clothing, tell jokes, and ditch their diapers—her version of being mature. Determined to help the Rugrats fit in, Susie takes it upon herself to help them grow up so they can be part of Angelica's fun.
