Phil is captivated by "Adventure Squad," a superhero series that inspires him to weave the show's themes into all the Rugrats' make-believe escapades. Initially, it seems like a fantastic idea; however, as the game's strict rules and Phil's unwillingness to explore other scenarios start to wear on the other Rugrats, the fun begins to fade.
