Episode Overview
The Rugrats devise a plan to halt Fall by interrupting the parade, successfully achieving their goal with the assistance of their old friend, Reptar. Meanwhile, someone from Euro Reptar Land observes the festivities, hoping to incorporate the event into a new theme park attraction. On another front, Grandpa is healing well, but soon finds himself struck by a new ailment known as the "Love Bug," thanks to a nurse named Lulu who helped him recover. In an intriguing turn, although they had met before, this is the first time they truly connect.
