Liz begins to doubt destiny after encountering the man she believes is her ideal match. At the same time, Jack finds himself in a complicated love triangle involving his high school sweetheart, Nancy Donovan, and CNBC anchor, Avery Jessup, which reaches a breaking point. Meanwhile, Jenna's boyfriend faces his own predicament as his attraction to another woman jeopardizes their relationship. Additionally, Kenneth, with Tracy's assistance, seeks to dodge a promotion that would relocate him to Los Angeles.
