Episode Overview

As water leaks from every corner and the house deteriorates, Fred contemplates selling his home. However, he discovers a proposal to construct a freeway that could either cut through a wealthy area or his neighborhood. Concerned for their community, Fred and his neighbors rally to present their case to the State Government. During a heated debate against the affluent, Fred's arguments resonate, leading to a victory for his side. Just as they celebrate their win, an earthquake strikes, wreaking havoc on Fred's house, prompting him to exclaim, “Earthquake! I’ve got to get rid of this place!”
