Grampa's jealousy drives him to seek legal action, resulting in a showdown with his romantic competitor—the judge. When Grampa discovers a mysterious man spending time with Flora, he retaliates by wreaking havoc on Flora's apple tree. Flora, furious about the damages, drags him to court, only for Grampa to realize that the judge presiding over the case is the same "stranger" he was so upset about.
