Episode Overview

Bill's father has gotten engaged to Joy, who brings along her nine-year-old son. As a result, Bill notices that his dad is now focusing all his attention on the new kid. At the same time, Joy's excessively cheerful demeanor begins to annoy both Judy and Linda.
