Episode Overview

The TDF team faces a tough decision between two very different properties, neither of which is appealing. One house is in dire need of renovation, filled with trash, infested with rats, and overrun by a massive bee colony. The alternative is located in a gated community, where strict Homeowners Associations can complicate any renovation efforts. Jamil and the team could easily find themselves overwhelmed by bureaucratic hurdles. To make matters worse, a hefty renovation budget pushes them to pursue a loan, but the high interest rates threaten to eat into their profits.
