Mark and Jeremy find themselves at the hospital, anticipating the arrival of Mark's child. Sophie is resolute about having a natural birth and insists that Mark must not pass his worries onto the baby. In the meantime, Jeremy grapples with the heartache of losing Elena but begins to find solace in Zahra, a woman whose boyfriend is currently in a coma.
