Amy learns that the man the police have arrested might not actually be her stalker. Maxine is determined to help a client who could be a victim of police brutality. After Bruce insists he doesn’t have romantic feelings for Amy, they both agree that their recent kiss was just a result of confusion and drinking, deciding instead to remain friends without any romantic involvement. Kyle submits his application for a residency but faces criticism from his sponsor for not fully engaging in his program. Meanwhile, a tenacious attorney works to help Bruce reclaim his position in court. Amy also faces a tough decision about whether a mentally challenged teenager is capable of making her own reproductive choices.
