The Black Dragons are determined to sabotage the mall's yearly Halloween Boo-Stravaganza. Jack confidently claims to fear nothing, including the Black Dragons, but his bravado crumbles when a Clown from Circus Burger triggers his deep-seated fear of clowns. Seizing this opportunity, the Dragons plot to exploit Jack's phobia. Meanwhile, Rudy encounters a mysterious catwoman and becomes curious about her true identity. In a surprising twist, it’s revealed that she has a significant connection to Jerry, much closer than Rudy anticipated!
