Jack and Milton arrive back in Seaford to find Rudy has established a striking two-story dojo in the local mall, while Phil has launched a bowling alley managed by Jerry. As Jerry challenges Rudy to a bowling showdown, having sent Phil's patrons packing, Jack and Milton head back to Washington D.C. to confront Shane, who has been uncovered as a double agent.
