Episode Overview

Title: Borrowed Time Plot: Sam's friend Bob, a crop duster, takes a job with Baxter, who has embraced environmentalism and is now dousing crops with water and milk. Frustrated, Baxter enlists Constable O'Connor to apprehend Bob. During a conversation, Bob reveals the tragic death of his eight-year-old son, who accidentally sprayed himself with chemicals from Bob's plane. In a bid to make a statement, Bob threatens to dump chemicals into Canberra's water supply. Tragically, he is killed, and Sam later discovers that Bob's plane was free of any chemicals.
