Episode Overview
Old Frank, the beloved mailman, is retiring and introduces his replacement, Nick, to the neighborhood. However, when Nick starts charging double for his services, the residents are not pleased. Gail Morris, feeling unwell, considers hitching a ride on the mailplane to a clinic but backs out upon hearing the hefty fee. Later, she is found unconscious due to her diabetes. Realizing his error, Nick decides to reduce his prices. Meanwhile, George learns of Kimberley’s donation to Jack for the sports center and schemes to sway Jack and Chris into redirecting the funds to Baxter Memorial Park. As Jack and Chris dig deeper, they uncover that George is legally required to renovate the park, which would cost him dearly. He hopes they’ll fund it instead of the sports center. Just as they start planning, they find out George has filed a complaint with the council regarding the park.
