Episode Overview
Jerome "Typhoon" Thompson, a once-renowned middleweight boxer, is released from prison after serving five years of a life sentence for the murder of his manager—a conviction he insists is wrongful. Paroled due to good behavior, he is met by Hunter, who cautions him against seeking vengeance on those he believes orchestrated his downfall. Ignoring the warning, Typhoon begins searching for leads on the individuals he blames for his plight. His actions attract the attention of two motorcycle assassins who attempt to kill him. Luckily, Hunter and McCall—who have been monitoring Typhoon—intervene and apprehend the attackers. Hunter, previously convinced of Typhoon's guilt, begins to doubt his initial judgment, prompting him and McCall to pursue further investigation.
