During a brazen heist of an armored vehicle, gang leader Dunbar makes a fatal mistake by murdering his accomplice, only to have his getaway car—and the $1,000,000 it contains—stolen. As the investigation unfolds, Hunter and McCall discover that the car's new owner has also been murdered, plunging them into a perilous case that becomes increasingly treacherous with each revelation.
