Episode Overview
Carlos Mariano, brother of Raul Mariano—who raped McCall and was killed by Hunter—arrives in Los Angeles seeking revenge for his brother's death. Like Raul, Carlos enjoys diplomatic immunity, and a State Department official cautions him against any impulsive actions, as his nation is a key ally to the U.S. Despite Hunter's attempts to explain his self-defense actions, Carlos remains unyielding. He captures Hunter and taunts him, but Hunter manages to escape and injures Carlos in the process. After turning Carlos over to authorities, he faces deportation, and at the airport, Hunter ensures Carlos has abandoned his vendetta.
