Episode Overview
In a twist of fate, Bullwinkle mistakenly raises a glass to "crime!" which forces Boris and Natasha, the notorious villains, to drink their own concoction that knocks them out. Meanwhile, Rocky the flying squirrel becomes an unwitting target for the U.S. Navy. Thinking fast, Rocky uses the smoke from a burning aircraft to write "U.S. Taxpayer," reminding the Navy how vital those taxpayers are. Soon, he reunites with Bullwinkle, but just as they prepare to depart with the moon men, the grateful U.S. government intervenes and arrests them!
