Episode Overview

After the explosion destroyed the rocket fuel formula, Bullwinkle knows the quantities needed but not the specific ingredients. He teams up with Rocky in their government lab to figure it out, while across the nation, universities are incorporating cake baking into their science programs. In the meantime, having botched their attempt to set a time bomb for the moose, Boris and Natasha decide to take the sensible route for spies with true resourcefulness: they simply wait for further orders!
