Bonaparta tries to take Johan's life, but Roberto intervenes, shooting Bonaparta before succumbing to his own wounds shortly after. With the chaos coming to a close, law enforcement floods into the town to piece together the events. Just as one officer is on the verge of apprehending Dr. Tenma, an ambulance worker arrives, urgently requesting Tenma's help.
