Episode Overview
A smilodon arrives in Super Hero City from the Savage Land, prompting the appearance of a mysterious jungle warrior named Ka-Zar, who claims the creature is his faithful companion, Zabu. As the Super Hero Squad meets Ka-Zar, they learn about his quest to rescue Zabu. Meanwhile, Doctor Doom notices the Star Quartz around Zabu's neck, which can merge any metal in the presence of Vibranium. Seizing the opportunity, he dispatches Toad, Thunderball, Sabretooth, and Batroc the Leaper to capture Zabu as part of his scheme to reconstruct the Infinity Sword.
