After Yuzu confesses her feelings to Mei and kisses her in the chairman's office, she struggles to confront Mei and is consumed by guilt. Meanwhile, Momokino Himeko, the student council's vice president and Mei's childhood friend, grows suspicious about the events in the office. On their day off, she meets with Yuzu to talk things over. Himeko reveals, “She’s incredibly sad. Just as heartbroken as when her father, the current chairman, left her,” leaving Yuzu stunned.
