To help Reed gain control over his powers, Reed, Caitlin, and Lauren consult Dr. Risman, a specialist for those struggling with severe X gene issues. However, Lauren soon realizes that Dr. Risman is not who she initially believed. After the Inner Circle's robbery, Thunderbird and Blink team up to pursue them. Meanwhile, Polaris contemplates her complicated relationship with her father and makes efforts to safeguard Dawn from the threats posed by the Inner Circle.
