Episode Overview
Winston Knight, a popular TV news anchor, rises to stardom when the elusive Machete Killer chooses to communicate only with him. Unbeknownst to everyone, Knight is utilizing a cursed camera that enables him to create a perfect copy of himself, allowing this doppelgänger to carry out the murders while Knight enjoys an unshakeable alibi and soaring ratings. As long as he disposes of the negative in time, he remains safe. However, Ryan's girlfriend Cathy witnesses one of the killings and suspects Knight's connection to the Machete Killer. One of Knight's duplicates ends up killing her, but Ryan and his friends are closing in on him. Eventually, Knight fails to destroy one of his clones in time, leading to his own disintegration. Yet, the duplicate doesn’t get to enjoy its new existence for long before succumbing to previously sustained injuries.
