The Living Planet (1984)

Episode Overview

In this intriguing episode, only Micki makes a brief appearance at the start and finish. A newspaper columnist inadvertently strikes a young girl wearing a cursed cameo. Soon, he hears the girl’s voice urging him to free her by taking another life. In a desperate act, he kills his driven, overbearing mother, which liberates the girl, but then he’s tormented by his mother's spirit. To revive her, he murders a homeless man, only to be haunted by that man’s voice as well. In a final attempt to break the curse, he ends up killing himself after trying to eliminate both the girl and his mother again. At the conclusion, a social worker discovers the cursed locket and hands it over to Micki.
