When a comatose high-security patient is admitted to his ward, Doctor Zack Taylor begins experiencing strange blackouts. Each time he regains consciousness, he finds himself entangled in a complex scheme to assassinate the President's daughter using a plastic weapon. As he arrives at the scene, he draws his gun, but instead of aiming at the target, he takes out an assassin lurking behind her.
