Nothing can truly ready a rookie Corrections Officer for the intense physical challenges and emotional ups and downs of their inaugural year. At the Penitentiary of New Mexico (PNM), a cohort of new COs begins their journey. Zach faces his first instance of using force, while 19-year-old Tyler stumbles upon a shocking find.
