Louie's class has the chance to win a trip to Washington by delivering a speech, and Louie decides to purchase one from Glen Glenn. His gamble pays off, and he ends up winning the contest. Andy, who has a history with the president from his time in the war, joins Louie on the trip. However, after Andy emphasizes the importance of honesty, Louie chooses to confess the truth about how he won the speech contest.
