Following Medaka's hospital visit to address the injuries inflicted by Unzen, the Student Council is approached by a second-year student, Mochibaru Sasae, who is in need of help locating a lost shougi piece. After a thorough search of the room yields no results, Akune proposes that they consult Natayama, a former club member with a grudge against them.
