Episode Overview
As Zenkichi strolls through the Academy's corridors, he reflects on the new Treasurer of the Student Council, Kikaijima. While he sees this as a positive change with the budget finally sorted, he can't shake the feeling that those who followed him have landed better roles. Remembering Medaka's advice to climb the ranks, he still finds it unsettling. Upon entering the Council room, he unexpectedly catches Kikaijima changing in her underwear. She insists he owes her for the view, leaving him baffled that she wants payment after already having attacked him. He retorts that she should’ve locked the unisex door and suggests she owes him for the unwanted sight. Kikaijima bursts into tears, calling him a meanie and demanding he compensate her for his harsh words. Eventually, he concedes, handing over $4.50 for the peep and $3.00 for being unkind.
