Episode Overview

Kim is feeling the pressure of her packed schedule as she juggles pre-med classes, work, and various extracurriculars. Her fixation on achieving perfect grades leads to anxiety and nightmares about getting too many B's and jeopardizing her chances for medical school. In an attempt to regain control, she purchases a datebook to meticulously plan her days, ignoring her friends' concerns about the toll of sleep deprivation on her health. After fainting in the Pit, Kim finally decides to scale back her commitments. Meanwhile, Mr. Gaines argues with his wife about their adult son living at home, prompting him to stay with Col. Taylor, where he quickly becomes a burden.
