Episode Overview

Dwayne is presented with an amazing career opportunity at Kinishewa, and while Whitley and Ron urge him to seize it, he finds himself conflicted between this job and pursuing graduate studies. Ultimately, he accepts the position, but after offering advice that inspires Terrence to stay in school, Dwayne reconsiders. He chooses to enroll in grad school and continue teaching, believing that the job will always be an option later. Meanwhile, Jaleesa's sister, a stay-at-home mom feeling unfulfilled, admires Jaleesa's independence and hopes to follow in her footsteps. Jaleesa must help her sister realize she can pursue education while still being a supportive partner.
