Arkwright confidently sells a bunch of clothes-horses to a competing Asian shopkeeper. However, when the rival begins raking in substantial profits by using the clothes-horses to attract customers, Arkwright devises a plan. He insists that Granville disguise himself as an Asian woman so that they can repurchase the clothes-horses.
