Arkwright is on high alert when Nurse Gladys Emmanuel and Granville inform him that a representative from the Good Shop Guide is inspecting local shops. However, it’s all a clever scheme by Granville and Nurse Gladys to show Arkwright a thing or two about etiquette. Disguised as a man, Nurse Gladys experiences Arkwright's overly courteous treatment, leading to some humorous moments as he tries to impress what he believes is a distinguished visitor.
