Botan, Keiko, and Shizuru, Kuwabara's sister, arrive at the tournament venue to cheer on Team Urameshi as they face off against Team Rikkuyukai. Koenma makes an appearance as well, revealing his adult form to impress everyone, fed up with being seen as a child. As everyone settles into their seats, Rinku, the colorful character Team Urameshi met the previous night, steps up for the opening match. With Yusuke still snoozing, Kuwabara takes the initiative.
