While exploring Mushiyori City, Yusuke and his team are led to a hospital, only to find themselves walking into a trap. Inside, they come face to face with the Doctor, a formidable human possessing incredible psychic abilities, superhuman strength, and an utter lack of pain. To make matters worse, he has unleashed a lethal virus throughout the hospital.
