Episode Overview

As Mac focuses intently on her inaugural State of the Union address, Rod ends up a bit inebriated and is caught in an embarrassing situation with an intern, much to everyone's surprise. Concurrently, Templeton plots to undermine Mac's Homeless Initiative Bill. Additionally, Dickie and Jayne, who has returned to her role as Templeton's chief-of-staff, enjoy an evening together on a dinner date.
