Episode Overview

During the announcement of her new National Security Advisor, Anthony Prado, Mac is thrown off balance by reports of terrorists smuggling explosives from Canada. The crisis escalates as Mac and her Attorney General find themselves at odds, while Nathan Templeton relishes in publicly criticizing Mac's decisions. Meanwhile, on Halloween, Amy's hopes of trick-or-treating like other kids are dashed when she learns that security issues might force her to attend a party instead. Additionally, Rod, as First Gentleman, becomes the target of late-night jokes, which deeply affects his son, Horace.
