In the underwater city of Aphony, Marina's father, a jazz musician, is set to perform when X20 secretly places a bomb inside the bass fiddle. Troy discovers the sinister plan, but finds himself trapped in a burning cabin. Just moments before disaster strikes, he manages to break free and rushes to Pacifica aboard Stingray, determined to rescue his friends from impending danger.
