Mike is shocked to discover that Ed, his often-absent father, has brought on his daughter, Gabriella, as the new marketing consultant for Outdoor Man. When Ed and Mike both express doubts about her youth-focused ideas for re-branding the stores, Gabriella pulls the Daddy card to her advantage. Meanwhile, Mike and Eve rescue a stray dog, but Mandy believes she might be allergic to it.
