Mike feels that Vanessa is taking up too much of his space for her work, so he decides to construct a detached shed, which he affectionately dubs a "she shed," in their backyard. At the same time, Kyle faces his own challenge when Kristin is unexpectedly awarded Employee of the Month at Outdoor Man, leaving him to navigate the dynamics of their workplace rivalry.
