Vanessa feels disheartened that only she, Mike, and Eve will be at the Baxter Thanksgiving gathering, but her spirits sink further when Eve dismisses one of their cherished traditions as "goofy." In the meantime, Kristin discovers that Mandy is deceiving their parents about her plans for Thanksgiving dinner with Kyle.
