Brian Peluso (Eric Balfour) faces mounting pressure from his girlfriend, Christina Finn (Julianne Nicholson), now back in his life and struggling with her workload. Meanwhile, Christina is assigned to work with a relentless and tough prosecutor, while Alexandra Cabot (Stephanie March) feels the need to bring in an image consultant to manage her public persona. Nick Potter (Jordan Bridges) steps in for Desmond on a bail reduction case that leads to unforeseen tragedy. Additionally, Jessica Rossi (Milena Govich) finds herself caught in a family conflict as she prosecutes the boyfriend of a deaf girl, accused of stabbing her father.
