Title: Seasons of Belief Plot: On Christmas Eve, a couple seeks to distract their restless kids by spinning a tale about a fearsome creature known as "The Grither." Initially, the children scoff at the story, which portrays The Grither as a spiteful monster infuriated by the mere mention of its name. Although it resides at the North Pole, its enormous ears let it hear from anywhere in the world, and the parents ominously warn that it is on its way to their home to hunt them down. As the narrative unfolds, the children's fear escalates into sheer panic. Trying to ease their distress, the parents confess the tale is fictional. Just then, The Grither's massive arms crash through the windows, tragically ending the parents' lives as the terrified children watch in horror.
